About Me

After graduation at the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno in 2008 (and a one-year stay in 2005/2006 at Spain at Universidad de Salamanca) I worked mainly as a legal trainee in Prague and in Olomouc. I also worked shortly also as an in-house lawyer and as an assistant of a judge at Supreme Court of Olomouc. After passing the Bar examination in August 2012 I started to work as a sole lawyer.

During my legal training I was concerned with legal consultations in various areas, not only for big companies, but also for smaller businesses and for natural persons as well. During my practice I have gained many experiences in litigation, proceedings of offences, preparation of contracts and other legal acts, recovering debts, transforming companies, insolvency proceedings, public tenders, criminal law, law of consumers, right to information and other legal areas.

I speak fluently English, Spanish and Czech; I also have good basic communication skills in German. I am also capable to provide to my clients legal services in these languages.

Since 2012 I am the member of Pro bono aliance. Pro bono aliance associates lawyers who struggle for bigger effectivity of legal system related to the protection of human rights and other public interests. They further an interest of bigger accessibility of legal help and socially responsible performance of juristic professions.

In year 2013 I became a member of Regional Chamber of Commerce in Olomouc.
